Decembers speaker is Brenda Cofield

Biography

From crafting Barbie doll clothes at age five to designing Chanel-inspired jackets at 60, Brenda Cofield’s passion for sewing has defined her life. A graduate of Douglas College’s Fashion Design and Clothing Technology program, she began honing her skills early, working with tailors and doing alterations at just 14. While her professional journey led her to the graphic arts industry, her dedication to sewing never faded. Beyond Ordinary: My Bespoke Journey showcases her admiration for exquisite craftsmanship, with designs created by Saville Row, Alexander McQueen, Chanel and Balenciaga offering a timeless, inspiring vision.
